The Sunday meeting at the Interlaken airport gathered some thousand cars and around 5000 visitors. A real success  for the organizers of the Swiss Volvo Meeting. Sunshine, blue skies and temperature of nearly 30 degrees. The visitors were able to see classic Volvo cars from 10 different countries. Lots of contacts between European Volvo fans. Apart from Switzerland the were Volvo fans that came all the way from France, Northern Germany, Belgium, Holland, Sweden and Denmark. Their efforts to come were paid off by a very well organized meeting surrounded by the fantastic scenery of the Alps. Could it be better?

    Dear Mr. Rydholm
Thanks a lot for the nice video and especially for the compliments on my green 244GLE in Interlaken. I was very suprised and am very proud to hear such praising words from a “crack” as you are.
    Thanks a lot.

    With kind greetings
    Theo Quekel, Frauenfeld
